As Seed Growers:

• Registered seed grower
• Accredited seed grower

As Commercial Growers:

• Atleast one (1) ha. farm land
• Accessible to good road
• Available source of water
• Farmer is owner-cultivator

As Backyard Growers:

• Area = 10 sq. meter
• Available source of water

As Nursery Operators:

• Accredited/registered nursery operator
• Trained plant propagator
• Available root stock

FEES

Based on A.O. #4, Series of 2008- Price Range(PhP):

Plant Materials (per piece):

• • Sexual – 10.00 to 20.00
  • Asexual – 30.00 to 100.00

Seed Materials:

• • Rice – 1,200.00 to 3,200.00 per 40 kg
  • Corn – 460.00 to 580.00 per 20 kg
  • Vegetables, field legumes and root crops – contact Officer-of-the-day (OD)
