In its quest for more research undertakings in the future, the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office No. 02 (DA-RFO 02) in tandem with the Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) had initiated a Briefing/Seminar on DA-BAR Flagship Programs and Guidelines including Project Proposal Preparation on June 6, 2018 at DA-Nueva Vizcaya Experiment Station (NVES), Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya.

“We hope that this orientation shall facilitate our submission of research proposals and fast-track fundings”, said Regional Technical Director for Research and Regulatory Rose Mary G. Aquino. Attended by about 100 participants from DA, state colleges and universities, attached agencies and local government units, the activity was successfully undertaken with the support of the stakeholders in the conduct of quality research and development initiatives in Cagayan Valley.
