This is to inform the public that Bingo Guray Irrigators Association, Inc. with office address at Bitnong, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya is applying for Civil Society Organization (CSO) Accreditation with the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 02 (DA RFO 02) as a partner in the implementation of the latter’s programs and projects.
