The implementation of the Presidential Assistance to Farmers, Fisherfolk Program (PAFFP) Rice Program in Nueva Vizcaya has achieved a major milestone, reaching a 90.18% completion rate for its combined initial phases.

According to the latest official monitoring data of DA RFO2 Rice Program, out of the 29,384 total beneficiaries endorsed across Batches 1 and 2, a total of 26,499 recipients have successfully claimed their rice allocations to date, with the following key distribution highlights:
• Total Target Beneficiaries (Endorsed): 29,384
• Total Beneficiaries Served (Claimed): 26,499
• Overall Accomplishment Rate: 90.18%
• Remaining Unclaimed Allocation: 2,885

The PAFFP Rice Distribution program, part of the national government’s continuing relief and agricultural support efforts, aims to cushion the impact of economic challenges and rising input costs on rural households, smallholder farmers, and fisherfolk families across the province thus sustaining food security and support for rural communities.

With over 26,000 families served across various municipalities in Nueva Vizcaya, local program coordinators are fast-tracking the remaining distribution schedules for the 2,885 unclaimed allocations to ensure 100% completion in the coming days.
The high accomplishment rate reflects the seamless coordination between regional and provincial authorities to ensure that government support directly reaches the farmers, agricultural workers and vulnerable families in a timely manner.
