Bilang suporta sa hangarin ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. na gawing modernisado at mekanisado ang sector ng agrikultura, isinagawa ng Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 02 (DA RFO 02) sa pamamagitan ng Regional Agricultural Engineering Division (RAED) ang Turn Over and Distribution of Pump and Engine Sets sa 12 Farmers’ Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs) sa Isabela sa DA-CVRC San Felipe, City of Ilagan, Isabela noong Agosto 26, 2025.

Tumanggap ang bawat isang FCA ng ten units Pump Irrigation System for Open Source (PISOS) napinondohan sa ilalim ng General Appropriations Act 2025 – Corn Program na nagkakahalaga ng Php 999, 500.00. Sa kabuuan, umabot sa Php 11, 994, 000.00 ang ipinagkaloob ng DA RFO 02 sa mga grupo ng mga magsasaka.

Inaasahang makakatulong ang mga agricultural inputs na ipinamahagi na mapatatag at mapaunlad pa ang sector ng agrikultura sa Cagayan Valley tungo sa isang masagana at maunlad na ekonomiya.
